Delicious Creamy Gulaman Recipe

My husband loves gulaman and swears its the best dessert but I never was really a big fan until I tasted our pastor’s very own gulaman recipe. I have never tasted a gulaman so creamy in my whole life! It made me realized all the gulamans I tasted in the past were just bad that’s why I didn’t appreciate it. This is the recipe I’m going to try out this week. I hope it tastes as good as our pastora’s gulaman.

2  bars gulaman

1 1/2 cup sugar
3 cups water
1 Evaporated Milk ( tall can)
2 cups fruit cocktail
1/4 cup raisins
2 eggs, beaten

Add gulaman and sugar to boiling water.
Stir until gulaman is dissolved.
Remove from fire and cool slightly then add milk and eggs.
Pour into mould.
Chill.
When gulaman is slightly set, add fruit cocktail and raisins.
…it’ll sink in the bottom when added rightaway…
Chill again until fully set.
Invert to a platter when ready to serve.
